Mr. Nolan, Jr. brings 20 years of management expertise in both public and private companies to InnKeeper Direct. He has served on the Board of Directors for a publicly held company and has extensive executive management experience in software product development, operations and information technology. He has led large, multi-location organizations, including technical support and customer service call centers.
A co-founder of InnKeeper Direct, Mr. Nolan, Jr. has played a critical leadership role in the development of systems and processes specifically designed to address the unique needs of outsourcing clients. An avid advocate for excellence in customer care, Mr. Nolan, Jr. has taken his instinctive desire to help people and combined it with the knowledge and technology to consistently do so in a call center environment.
Mr. Nolan, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, B.B.A.; Finance.
Mr. Noonan joined InnKeeper Direct in 2003 as an Account Executive focused on growing GuestDirect, the hospitality brand of InnKeeper Direct. He has been instrumental in turning GuestDirect into a leader within its industry. In his current role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Noonan plays a critical role in creating, managing and marketing new growth opportunities within InnKeeper Direct.
Mr. Noonan has experience in competitive market analysis, strategy development and in managing client relationships. He has a strong sales operations background including the development of a sales organization focused on generating new business opportunities.
Mr. Noonan also has a financial management background. He has financial management consulting expertise and has performed financial due diligence of potential European acquisitions for a large multi-national corporation in England.
His education credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Texas Christian University.
Ms. Dawn Tahghighi's 25 years of management experience includes 10 years in Call Center management, much of which was spent with Convergys Corp. While at Convergys, Ms. Tahghighi supported multiple, multi-million dollar clients and was instrumental in the launch of several new projects for name brand companies.
Ms. Tahghighi joined the InnKeeper Direct team in 2005, and oversees all aspects of call center operations. Her ultimate responsibility is ensuring client and customer satisfaction through superior quality performance.
Ms. Tahghighi received her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Delaware Community College in Pennsylvania.
Mrs. O'Connor has over 25 years of administrative and management experience, the last seven of which have been with InnKeeper Direct. She has held several positions at InnKeeper Direct, including Human Resources Manager, Office Manager, Billing Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Manager.
With her strong background in organizational skills and her unique talent for personnel management, Mrs. O'Connor has developed and implemented a "world-class" system of recruiting, selection and hiring. This system has developed into a competitive advantage for InnKeeper Direct and our clients who ultimately benefit from having the very finest call center agents caring for their customers.
Mrs. Amy Kreklow has been the Controller for InnKeeper Direct since April of 2004. Prior to joining us, Mrs. Kreklow served as the Senior Financial Accountant for American Railcar Industries, Inc. (ARI). Before that she was a Staff Accountant at Worthington Ag Parts where she performed financial statement consolidations for many domestic and international locations.
Mrs. Kreklow's diverse 10-year accounting background also includes working for the public accounting firm Holt and Patterson, Ltd. Mrs. Kreklow earned her B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. Experience, dedication, and keen eye for detail allow Mrs. Kreklow to oversee all accounting functions for InnKeeper Direct; she plays a key role in positioning the company for future growth.
