- A web based reservation management system that allows you to manage all your incoming guests and their personal information. Our team helps to customize your the reservation system for your property. This customized solution in turn becomes the same system our specialized hospitality agents use to book your phone reservations. So whether your guests book online or decide to call, InnKeeper Direct covers all the bases in one, easily accessible reservation system.
- No GRM system would be complete without a live agent messaging service. This 24/7/365 service comes complete with web-based access (it’s part of the web-based reservation system!) and allows you to view all messages taken by our specially trained hospitality agents. Messages can be sorted, saved, deleted and even responded to with instructions back to the InnKeeper Direct team.
- As an added bonus, the web based reservation system can work as part of your existing web site.
